02:00 formed in Rio de Janeiro in 1998 with Rodrigo Amarante on vocals, Dado Villa-Lobos on guitar, Marcelo Camelo on bass, and Rodrigo Barba on drums. Their debut album 'Acelerado' came out in 2000. The song 'Só Mais Uma Hora' from 2003 became particularly well-known.
After breaking up briefly in 2005, the group reunited in 2010 and released albums like 'Ouro de Minas' in 2011, 'Dois' in 2014, and 'Silêncio' in 2016. Their live shows were noted for their visual presentation.
