I have lost my interest in this world,

and it has lost its interest in me

I have no desire for earthly things,

no they could never, ever bring

The joy that only comes from knowing

the one and only awesome God

the TV ads and fashion fads got one big problem…

I'm obsessed with the awesome things of God

Obsessed with the love He has for me

I'm blessed knowing that the one thing I possess

Untainted by the rust and moths,

I'm praying, singing, meditating, praising, stating, all I'm saying is I stress I confess,

I have no desire to hear man's praise,

and they have no desire to praise me

I possess no lust to be approved

for every single little thing I do
