Archive material and source history
12ponto1 formed in 2002 in Santos, Brazil, with vocalist Toninho, guitarist Marcão, bassist Magrão, drummer Du, and keyboardist Russo. Their self-titled debut album came out in 2004 and included the song "Não Deixe o Amor Passar," which became a major hit in Brazil.
After bassist Magrão left in 2006, the band faced a more difficult change when guitarist Marcão died in a car accident in 2008. They brought in new members Thiago on bass and Leonardo on guitar and kept recording, putting out albums like "Vida" in 2008 and "Mais Uma Vez" in 2012.
Their other songs include "A Nossa História Nunca vai ter Fim," "Eu Aprendi," and "Inteligencia." The current lineup still has Toninho, Du, and Russo alongside Leonardo and Thiago.
