A four-member group from Daegu that mixed hip-hop and R&B with songs like 'One Way' and 'Nasty'.
For their sound, 'One Way' still holds up. If you want their attitude, 'Nasty' gets right to it.
They were one of the early Korean groups to really lean into hip-hop at a time when that sound was still finding its footing. Songs like 'One Way' had a confident, streetwise energy that felt different from the pop ballads dominating charts then. Teddy Park's later work as a producer for other artists traces back to the groundwork they laid here.
They debuted in 1998 with the album 'One Time for Your Mind.' After putting out albums in 2000 and 2003, including 'Once N 4 All,' the group stopped around 2006.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
