2 Be 3 was a Korean pop trio active in the late 1990s. Their 1998 single "2be3" became a significant hit, helping establish them during that period. They followed with songs like "Can't Stop My Heart From Loving You" and "Don't Hang Up."
Their music featured melodic harmonies and a straightforward pop approach. The group consisted of Lee Jae-won, Jang Dong-woo, and Kim Tae-woo, who each contributed vocals and performance energy. They released albums including "2 Be 3" in 1998 and "Emotion" in 2000.
The trio disbanded in 2001 after several years of activity. Members pursued other projects afterward, with Lee Jae-won working solo and Jang Dong-woo and Kim Tae-woo forming the duo J2.
