2 Low was a Chicago duo active in the early 1990s, known for a house sound that pulled from R&B and soul. Their track 'Funky Lil Brotha' became a club staple. The group consisted of vocalist and producer Marq 'Quest' McCoy and DJ Spinbad.
They released their self-titled debut album in 1993, which featured 'Funky Lil Brotha' and another track called 'The Groove With Mr. Scarface'. Their music was part of the Chicago club scene at the time.
