2 Plus 1 was a trio active in the mid-1970s, featuring Richard Klein, Warren Zevon, and David McDaniel. Their 1975 single "Easy Come, Easy Go" became their most recognizable track, a straightforward pop song that found an audience at the time. The group released a handful of albums through the late 1970s, including 'Promises' and 'Real to Reel', before activity slowed.
Warren Zevon left the group in 1976, and Klein and McDaniel continued as a duo. Their later work didn't match the earlier attention, and by the early 1980s they had largely stopped recording together. The members pursued other projects afterward, though none reached the same level of notice as that initial single.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
