2.2 was a Brazilian duo formed by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Dinho Ouro Preto and bassist Champignon. They released their debut album in the early 2000s, which included the track "A Rua Cobra." The song became known for its portrayal of urban life in Rio de Janeiro.
Their music incorporated elements of rock, samba, and electronic sounds. The band released several albums including "Abismo Interno" and "Síntese." Champignon died in 2013.
