29Jaguar formed in Los Angeles in the early 2000s with 29 on vocals, Ryker on guitar, Nero on bass, and Diego on drums. Their debut album '29 Anger' came out in 2005, and the title track became their most recognized song. They've released three more albums since then: 'The Black Sun' in 2008, 'The Great Divide' in 2012, and 'Elysium' in 2017.
That first album established their sound with tracks like 'A Happy Guy' and 'Burning Inside' alongside the title song. The band's lineup has seen some changes over time, but 29, Ryker, and Nero have remained constant members throughout their recordings.
Their music moved from the raw approach of the early work toward more experimental territory on later albums. Songs like 'Awake Demon' from their catalog show this progression while keeping the band's distinctive character intact.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
