2M1 was a Colombian duo formed in Cali in 2002 by brothers Andrés and Mauricio Ospina. Their breakthrough came with the single "4 Paredes," which led to national recognition and became the title track of their 2004 debut album. That album included other songs like "Paloma Blanca" and "Nunca Más." They followed it with "Dueños de la Noche" in 2006 and "Reyes del Mundo" in 2009.
Andrés Ospina handled lead vocals and songwriting, sometimes performing solo as El Indio. Mauricio played guitar and provided backing vocals. The duo disbanded in 2010 after eight years together. Their songs "Aquelas Palavras" and "Teu Corpo" also appear among their recorded work.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
