3 Coronas formed in Bogotá in the early 1990s with Andrés Cepeda on vocals, Jaime Valderrama on guitar, Pablo Tedeschi on bass, and Mauricio Rengifo on drums. Their self-titled debut album came out in 1994, and they followed it with 'Nada de esto fue un error' in 1996.
Their 1998 album 'Falsedades' became their most notable work, with the title track addressing falsehoods in relationships. After Valderrama and Tedeschi left in 1999, Cepeda and Rengifo continued with new members Juan Pablo Isaza on guitar and Martín García on bass.
They kept recording through the 2000s with albums like 'Lo que no fue no será' in 2003, 'Sin censura' in 2005, and 'El camino' in 2010. Later releases included '20 años' in 2013 and 'Adicto a tus besos' in 2018. Songs like 'Creen que' and 'El emigrante' appear among their popular tracks.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
