3 Minute Hero came out of Atlanta in the late 2000s playing alternative rock. The band included Jason Thomas on vocals and guitar, Ryan Cook on bass, and Justin Cook on drums. They put out an EP in 2009 and later released songs like 'Babbitt' and 'Big Fish.'

In 2012, 'Babbitt' got some radio play on alternative stations. The band released an album called 'The Power of Three' in 2016. Justin Cook left the group in 2017, and Anthony Polk took over on drums.

They put out another album, 'Unbroken,' in 2020. Their setlist includes tracks like 'Chinese Restaurant' and 'Landlord.'
