360° Flip formed in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 2008 with four members: José Alberto "Gelena" Rodríguez on vocals, Luis Enrique "El Gigante" Díaz on bass, Carlos Daniel "Chino" Rodríguez on drums, and Federico "Fredy" Rodríguez on guitar. Their music pulls from merengue, bachata, and salsa, mixed with pop and rock.
Their debut single "Aunque me duela" came out in 2008. After some time apart, they reunited in 2015 and released the album "Altos y Baixos," which included the track "Altos e Baixos." Other songs from their catalog include "Bola Pra Frente," "Deixe a Voz Falar," and "Um Novo Caminho."
In 2017, the band faced a lawsuit over unpaid royalties that paused their activities for a while. They put out albums called "Renacer" in 2018 and "Evolución" in 2020.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
