3Days formed in 1995 as a Portuguese band with three teenage members: João Pedro Vale on vocals and guitar, Pedro Ferreira on bass, and Miguel Ribeiro on drums. They released a debut album called "3 Dias" and later put out songs like "Barco À Vela."
Their early single "P'ra Ser Feliz" helped build their audience. Some of their lyrics drew criticism for supposedly promoting drug use, while others saw them as reflecting ordinary struggles.
The trio stayed together through their recordings. They made albums including "O Mundo Parou" and "Sítio Para Dois," and their music found listeners among younger Portuguese audiences.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
