3年E組うた担 is a band formed in 2015 by five members from Class 3-E of the manga series 'Assassination Classroom.' The group includes Nagisa Shiota on vocals, Karma Akabane on bass guitar, Isogai Yuma on drums, Maehara Hiroto on electric guitar, and Kayano Kaede on keyboards.
Their debut single 'QUESTION' came out in 2015 and found an audience with its mix of pop, rock, and electronic sounds. The song's lyrics touched on the uncertainties of being young, which connected with listeners.
Some critics questioned the band's origins from a fictional classroom, but they kept making music. Another track, '自力本願レボリューション,' shows their continued work in this style.
