3S Skaters formed in São Paulo around 2012, mixing funk, pop, and hip-hop. Their song 'Um Milhão' caught on quickly and became something of an anthem in Brazil. The group's first album, simply called '3S', came out the following year.
Thiago Mazza sang and wrote most of the material, with Suélio Ribeiro on drums and Samuel Melo on guitar. They put out a few more records after that, including 'Um Milhão' in 2015 and '3S Deluxe' in 2018. In 2016, they pulled a music video after some criticism about its content.
