3UM formed in 2010 when Massao, Julio, and Caito started playing together. They released their self-titled debut EP in 2012, followed by EPs like "Nação Zumbi" in 2013 and "Amores e Flores" in 2015. Their first full album, also called "Amores e Flores," came out in 2016 with the single "Algo Em Comum."
Massao sings and plays guitar, Julio handles bass and backing vocals, and Caito is the drummer. Their songs include "Bora," "Fui Encontrado," and "Zumbi Hipócrita." In 2018, they released "Conversa Fiada," a song that commented on Brazilian politics and stirred some debate.
They put out another album, "Nosso Tempo É Agora," in 2022.
