4Folhas formed in Rio de Janeiro in 2014 with Bruno Diegues on vocals, João Victor on guitar, Pedro Henrique on bass, and Vinicius Farias on drums. They found their footing in 2018 with the single "Hábitos (part. Nonô)", which featured the rapper Nonô and connected with listeners in Brazil.
Their music draws from pop, rock, and MPB, with songs like "Cansei", "Pirâmide Social", and "Eu Só Quero" showing their range. In 2019, they dealt with a legal dispute over the rights to "Hábitos", which they eventually won.
They've worked with other artists including Cynthia Luz and Mart'nália. The band's live shows are known for their direct energy.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
