6éd+ formed in São Paulo around 2015, with Vitor Brauer on vocals and guitar, Mariana Cavanellas on bass and vocals, Bruno Paschoal on drums, and Marcos Bezerra on keyboards. They started playing local gigs and working out their sound, which eventually settled into a kind of Brazilian indie rock. Their debut album 'Pode Ser' came out in 2017 and included the song 'Garota Tão Linda,' which got some attention.
They followed that with 'Primavera' in 2019 and 'Verão' in 2021. The band sometimes writes about social issues, and in 2019 they put out a song called 'Bolsonaro' that commented on the Brazilian president. Other tracks in their catalog include 'Tô Bem Melhor Assim' and 'Semana de Saudade.'
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
