6SOM6 formed in Brasília in 2015 with Leonardo Marques on vocals, Vinícius Farias on guitar, Gabriel Simoni on bass, and Guilherme de Abreu on drums. They put out their first album, 'Razão de Viver,' in 2018. A song like 'Como Naquela Vez' shows the kind of straightforward pop melody that caught people's attention early on.
They followed that with 'Na Escuridão' in 2020 and 'Horizonte' in 2022. The band ran into some legal trouble over their music rights in 2017, which they worked through. Tracks such as 'Que Vida É Essa?' and 'Vim de Muito Longe' came later in their run.
