7th Heaven Project was a Dutch electronic duo formed in 2003 by Jochem Paap and Dennis van der Geest. They worked in trance and progressive house styles, and their debut single "This Is Your Life" featured vocals from actor Antonio Banderas. That track got some attention internationally.
They released albums like "Awakening" in 2007, "The City" in 2009, and "Aether" in 2012. Around 2009, they had a legal dispute with their label Ultra Music over creative and financial matters, which they eventually settled. Their music videos and lyrics sometimes drew criticism for being provocative.
Paap handled production and songwriting, while van der Geest was the vocalist and lyricist. They collaborated with other DJs like Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, and Markus Schulz. Their last known album came out in 2012.
