8ito Qu4tro formed in 2012 when Ernesto "8ito" Padilla and Sergio "Qu4tro" Morales started working together in Miami. Their first single "Amor" came out in 2015 and got some attention in Latin America. They've put out albums like Sin Rumbo in 2017, De Vuelta a Casa in 2019, and Eclipse in 2022.
The band includes Padilla on vocals, Morales on production and instruments, and Carlos "Kcire" Ramírez on drums. They've played shows around the Americas and worked with other artists like Gente de Zona and Leslie Grace.
Some of their songs include "Tua Paz," "Canções e Palavras," and "Gratidão." In 2017 there were some plagiarism claims about a song called "No Me Llames," which the band denied. Their lyrics and videos have sometimes drawn criticism from conservative groups.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
