A-Channel formed in Tokyo in 1999. Their song 'Morning Arch' became a hit in 2003, with its ethereal melodies reaching a wider audience. They released albums like 'Lost in a Dream' in 2001 and 'Illusion' in 2005.
Their music shifted over time. 'Silent Symphony' from 7 moved toward a more introspective style compared to earlier work. They also had songs like 'Humming Girl' and 'Space Man' in their catalog.
The band included Toshiaki Mori on vocals and guitar, Hiroto Kudo on bass, and Keisuke Kimura on drums. Their final album was 'Abyss' in 2010.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
