A Long Day formed in Los Angeles around 2014 when Ethan Kath and Christian Rojas started playing together. They put out their first EP, 'Hardflip,' in 2016, which got them some notice and eventually a deal with Epitaph Records. That EP's title track became their most recognizable song.
By 2018 they had released a full album called 'Carrion,' and they followed it with another EP in 2020. The band's lineup included Kath on vocals and guitar, Rojas on drums, Alex Perez on bass, and David Wilczynski on guitar.
