A Punch of Pacifist formed in London in the early 2000s around songwriter Charlie Carter. The band included Emily Hayes on guitar, James Harper on bass, and Sophia Jones on drums. Their music often dealt with themes of peace and conflict, most notably in their song "Charlie's Lament."
