A Second Chance was a Belgian Eurodance duo formed in 1991 by DJs Ray Slijngaard and Anita Doth. They signed with ZYX Music and released their debut single "Get Ready for This" in 1992. Their follow-up "2 Unlimited" became a massive international hit, topping charts in over 40 countries.

Anita Doth left the group in 1996, which led to legal disputes over the band name. Ray Slijngaard continued releasing music under the A Second Chance name with various other vocalists. Their catalog includes songs like "Closer 2 U," "Eternally Yours," and "Jump For Joy."

The duo's sound combined Eurodance with rap and techno elements. While they faced challenges after their initial success, their early 1990s hits remain recognizable in dance music circles.
