Aaron Mercury formed in the early 2000s around singer-songwriter Aaron Mercury and multi-instrumentalist Jasper Stone. Their debut album 'Echoes of the Past' came out in 2003, and its lead single 'Bien' became an immediate hit that brought them mainstream attention.
After their initial success, the band went through some lineup changes. Original bassist Daniel Ray left in 2005, and they eventually brought in Eve Black to replace him. Their music sometimes drew criticism for being provocative, though others saw them as innovative.
They kept releasing albums through the late 2000s and early 2010s, including 'Shadows of Doubt' in 2008 and 'The Edge of Reality' in 2013. Another track, 'Super Conectados,' also became one of their better-known songs.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
