Aaron Tveit grew up in Middletown, New York, where he started singing early. He studied at Ithaca College before landing his first Broadway role in the 2008 revival of 'Hairspray.' His performance as Gabe in 'Next to Normal' earned him a Tony nomination, and he later starred in 'Moulin Rouge!' on Broadway.
He recorded two albums, 'The Radio in My Head' in 2009 and 'An Open Book' in 2015. The latter included his version of 'One Song Glory,' a song he's performed in different settings. He also covered Taylor Swift's 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' in some live shows.
In 2018, Tveit faced allegations of sexual misconduct that authorities didn't pursue due to lack of evidence. He denied wrongdoing and said he wanted to maintain a respectful environment. He's kept working in theater and music since then.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
