Abraham Vázquez came up in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and put out his first album, 'Abraham,' in 2011. A few years later, his song 'Besame de Nuevo' caught on and became a hit, which brought him a wider audience. He's kept recording since, with albums like 'El Amor de Mi Vida' in 2013 and 'Renacer' in 2019.
His songs often lean into romantic themes, with titles like 'Me Hice Daño,' 'Me Voy a Ir,' and 'Lo Tienes Todo' reflecting that focus. He's worked with other artists on tracks, including Luis Salazar on 'Me Hice Daño' and Daniel Candia on 'Sobredosis.'
In 2014, he was arrested on a drug possession charge, which interrupted his momentum for a time. He got help afterward and returned to making music, releasing the 'Besame de Nuevo' album the following year.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
