Abuh Dhabby formed in Abu Dhabi around 2015, with Amal Al-Majid on vocals and Fahad Bin Abdullah on guitar. Their first single 'Sky' came out in 2018 and found an audience in the region. The song's airy arrangement and reflective tone seemed to connect with listeners there.
In 2019 they released a debut album called 'Celestial Tapestry.' The record mixed some Arabic melodic touches with more contemporary production. They've worked with other musicians at times, including collaborations with sitar player Ravi Shankar and guitarist Paco de Lucía.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
