Acapop! KIDS formed in 2005 as a Swedish children's a cappella group, originally called The Acapella Kids. The group was started by producer Lars-Olof Johansson and his wife Gunilla, with eight members between ages 8 and 12. Their first album came out in 2007.
Their recordings include covers like 'Kids,' 'Fix You,' and 'Valerie,' along with medleys such as 'Bohemian Rhapsody/Somebody To Love' and 'Kelly Clarkson Medley.' They've also done holiday material like 'All I Want for Christmas is You.'
In 2008, they performed at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert, which drew some criticism about having children at the event. The group's lineup has changed over time, with some original members leaving and others joining.
