Ace Enders And A Million Different People

Ace Enders and the Million Different People came together in Brooklyn, with Ace Enders writing the songs and singing. They put out their first album, When the Rain Comes, in 2009. Songs like Bittersweet Symphony and Emergency show the kind of melodic, guitar-driven writing that runs through their work.

After that first record, they kept making albums every few years, The Million Different People in 2012, The Long Way Home in 2015, and The Valley in 2018. In 2009, not long after When the Rain Comes came out, the band got into a legal dispute over a sample used in Bittersweet Symphony. It was resolved in their favor, but it drew attention away from the album itself. They've kept recording since, with songs like Body Like Mind and Leader appearing on later releases.
