Adam Tinley, who records as Adamski, came up in the late 1980s as part of the UK's acid house scene. He had a band called The Family earlier in the decade, but it was his solo work that connected. In 1990, his track 'Killer' became a hit, reaching the top five in both the UK and US charts. The song featured vocals from Seal.
There was also a legal dispute with Seal over the rights. After 'Killer', Adamski put out albums like 'N-Trance' in 1991, continuing to work in electronic music. Another track of his is 'The Space Jungle'.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
