Archive material and source history
Adastra formed in Pula, Croatia in 1995 with Ivan Kelava on vocals and guitar, Hrvoje Smolčić on guitar, Mihael Herceg on bass, and Alen Stanić on drums. They worked through the usual early struggles of a band trying to find its footing. Their song 'Nabujala Rijeka' became their most recognizable piece.
The band's lineup shifted over time, with keyboardist and vocalist Lea Dekleva joining in 2006 and drummer Tomislav Janković replacing Stanić in 2015. They released five studio albums between 2001 and 2022, including 'Dvostruko Dno' in 2006 and 'Mjesto Sam' in 2022.
