Adastreia

Adastreia formed around 2010 with vocalist and guitarist Erebos and bassist Nyx. Their debut album 'A New Light' came out in 2013, featuring the title track that combined heavy guitar work with atmospheric vocals. They followed it with albums like 'Elysium' and 'Exoria', which sometimes incorporated orchestral elements alongside their progressive metal foundation.

Their songs, including 'Aislinn', 'Emersi', and 'It Remains', often explore introspective themes through a blend of dense riffs and melodic passages. The band's name references a mythological figure associated with justice, which hints at the lyrical territory they work in.

Erebos has been the consistent creative center of the project. Their music tends to avoid straightforward aggression in favor of more layered arrangements that build gradually, like on 'In Stillness'.
