Aerolynamids

Aerolynamids formed in Los Angeles around 2010 with Kyle Meredith on vocals and guitar, Jeremy Shank on keyboards and vocals, Jono Boyd on bass, and Eric Donnelly on drums. They put out their first album, Aurora, in 2012. The song 'Aeronauta' became a notable track for them, and they followed it with albums like The Maze of Clouds in 2015 and The Silver Dreadnought in 2018.

Their music tends toward dreamy, layered arrangements with guitars and keyboards. Other songs like 'Autodescontrol' and 'Desierto' show a similar atmospheric quality. In 2015, they dealt with a legal issue over a sample in a song called 'Starlit,' which brought some attention but didn't define their work.

They've kept a fairly low profile while putting out records that blend elements of prog and ambient sounds. The focus has remained on their own recordings rather than extensive touring or mainstream pushes.
