Age of Sinfonia formed in Helsinki in 2006, a symphonic metal band from Finland. Their song 'Forevermore' became their most recognizable track, with its melodic structure and vocal delivery standing out in their catalog.
The band's lineup included Jyri Seurujärvi on vocals, Heikki Saari on guitar, Mikael Saalasti on bass, Tuomas Seppälä on keyboards, and Jani Liimatainen on drums. They worked together to create the layered sound that defined their music, combining classical elements with heavier metal instrumentation.
In 2014, the group parted ways with their original vocalist Johanna Kurkela. The transition to a new vocalist marked a shift in their development, though they continued performing and recording with their established approach to symphonic metal.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
