So Hazy

All of your friends are so immune to this

Rising over all you see, burning deep inside of me

Get it, I get it, I guess that I let it

Come up and take away my perspective

All that I want is to even it out

So many of us, so hazy no way to be present

I can’t end the conversation in my head

And part of me wonders if I had

Done something different

Would all of this matter

Or would they not even notice it?
