Alejandro Reyes was born in Mexico City in 1987. He started singing young, influenced by Mexican singers like Juan Gabriel and Luis Miguel, and later got into rock and electronic music. His first EP, 'El Reflejo del Alma,' came out in 2010, followed by 'Aqui y Ahora' in 2012.
His 2013 single 'Ya Lo Sé' became a breakthrough hit. That song, along with tracks like 'Loco Enamorado' and 'Tomorrow,' helped establish him. He's released several albums since, including 'Amanecer' in 2015, 'Origen' in 2018, and 'Retroceso' in 2020.
Reyes has worked with musicians like guitarist David Sánchez and bassist Luis Márquez, and has collaborated with artists including Thalía and Reik. In 2018, a legal dispute with a former manager caused some disruption, but he kept making music.
