She went solo in 2003 with her debut album 'Caribbean Queen,' which included the track 'I Just Wanna Be With You.' That song found an audience beyond the Caribbean. She released several more albums over the following years, including 'Soca Queen' in 2006 and 'Wild' in 2016.
Her music often blends soca with dancehall and pop elements. Another one of her well-known songs is 'Roll It Gal.' She performs with a live band, and in 2007 she won the Barbados Soca Monarch title.
