The band formed from Creed's ashes and built a catalog of anthems that balance muscle and melody.
For a sense of their range, listen to 'Brand New Start' and then 'Watch Over You'. They're good at both ends of that spectrum.
They've been making records since 2004, and songs like 'Watch Over You' show they can write a ballad that doesn't lose its edge. The legal fight with Wind-up Records in 2008 could have derailed them, but they kept going. Their sound has always been about that mix of Mark Tremonti's guitar work and Myles Kennedy's voice.
They started with 'One Day Remains' in 2004, right after three members left Creed. They put out six albums through 2019's 'Walk the Sky', working through a lawsuit early on without stopping.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
