Ambulance Ltd

Ambulance Ltd was an electronic duo active in the 1990s, consisting of Markus Acher and Sebastian Kramer. Acher had a background in medical studies, which some said influenced the band's approach, while Kramer brought experience as a DJ. They started their own label, Missile Records, after finding little interest from established labels.

Their debut album 'Rescue' came out in 1996, followed by other releases like 'Souvenir' and 'The World According to Ambulance Ltd.' The track 'Primitive (The Way I Treat You)' became particularly well-known in underground circles. Other songs in their catalog include 'Anecdote' and 'Arbuckle's Swan Song.'

Their sound mixed ambient textures with more driving, industrial rhythms. This approach drew both appreciation and criticism at the time, but they continued working within their own framework for several years.
