Their debut album 'Cansei de Menina Indie' came out in 1997, with the title track becoming something of an anthem.

Their music blended rock, pop, and samba elements, which some found unconventional at the time. Songs like 'Não Minto Quando Eu Sinto' and 'A Minha Melhor Amiga' showed their knack for catchy melodies paired with lyrics that often touched on social and personal themes. They released several albums including 'Sound Habit' in 1999 and 'Love Rockets' in 2001.
