They released several albums through the 1990s including 'Hordalendingen' in 1995 and 'Dommedagsnatt' in 1999. In 2001, they put out 'Baghold,' which included the title track that became one of their better-known songs. Other tracks like 'Blod For Blod, Liv For Liv' and 'Blodet Er Styrken' show their continued exploration of similar lyrical territory.

Angantyr kept recording into the 2000s with albums like 'Draugr' in 2004 and 'Rike Av Asatro' in 2006. Their music maintained the aggressive, melodic black metal style they established early on, with songs such as 'Da Frostvind blæste' and 'Danermordet' appearing in their catalog.
