Delducca formed in Medellín in 1993 around sisters Nelly and Zully Vera, with their brother David Vera on guitar and vocals. The group later included bassist Diego Navia and drummer William Vargas. Their debut album "Ángel Soy" came out in 1998, followed by "El Baúl de los Sueños" in 2000 and "Abraza tu Sueño" in 2003.
Their song "Ángel Soy" became particularly well-known, along with tracks like "Cuarentena" and "Quédate Conmigo." The music blended pop with some classical and traditional Colombian elements, which drew some early skepticism but found an audience.
Delducca toured internationally, playing shows in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Their recordings and performances emphasized themes of hope and resilience, as heard in songs like "S.O.S Venezuela."
