An Argentine metal band that built a reputation on aggressive vocals and songs addressing social issues.
For a good sense of their approach, check out "El Nuevo Camino Del Hombre" and "Espiritual." They capture that mix of heavy sound and social commentary pretty well.
They formed in 1992 with Marcelo "Andrea" Corvata and Andrés Giménez, and songs like "El Nuevo Camino Del Hombre" established their sound right away. Their lyrics often tackled political themes, which sometimes drew criticism but connected with fans. The track "Espiritual" from their top songs shows how they blended heavy riffs with message-driven content.
They started in Argentina in 1992 and released eight studio albums, including 2006's "Animal VI," a concept album about violence and social injustice. The lineup stayed relatively stable with Cristian "Titi" Lapolla on bass, and they put out "Eclipse de Mentes" in 2016.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
