Anizio formed in Fortaleza in 2009, with Fábio Paes Leme on vocals, Rafael Arrais on guitar, Renato Guimarães on bass, and Diego Oliveira on drums. They're a Brazilian pop-rock band that found a national audience a few years later. Their 2013 single "Em Plena Lua de Mel" became a radio hit, which opened up television appearances and more concert bookings.
They've put out a few albums since then, including De Alma Aberta in 2014, Incontornável in 2016, and Horizonte Infinito in 2019. Other songs like "Ninguém É de Ninguém" and "Vou Dizer Pra Você" show the same mix of pop melody and rock energy. In 2017, guitarist Rafael Arrais left the band and was replaced by Felipe Santos.
