Annie Brocoli is a Francophone singer from Montreal who started as a backup vocalist for the band Fais Ce Que Tu Veux in 1982. She went solo in 1991 with her debut album, and her second album, Juste pour vous, won a Félix Award for Best Children's Album in 1994.
Her song Je T'aime Gros Comme Le Ciel came out in 1996 and became one of her most recognizable tracks. Brocoli's work has mostly been in children's music, though she faced some criticism in 2006 for performing at a concert tied to Quebec separatist politics.
