Antes do Fim formed in São Paulo in 2003 with Diego Soares on vocals and guitar, Mateus Asato on bass, and Alexandre Uehara on drums. Their debut album came out in 2006, also called 'Antes do Fim,' which included the song 'A Ultima Esperança.'
Uehara left the band in 2011. The lineup later included Flávio Souza on drums and Rafael de Camargo on lead guitar. They put out albums in 2010, 2015, and 2020, with songs like 'Anorexia' and 'Meu Opio' appearing in their catalog.
Their music has been described as hard rock and post-grunge. They've maintained a following in Brazil since those early São Paulo days.
