Their debut album 'Hellfire' came out in 1987, establishing their heavy sound. The 1990 album 'Peace in the Loneliness' brought them wider attention, with the title track becoming one of their best-known songs.
Jackson and Jones left the band in the early 1990s, replaced by Andy Powell and Pete Weeks. Apocalypse kept recording through the 1990s and early 2000s, putting out albums like 'The Divine Delusion' in 1994, 'The Shadows of the Apocalypse' in 1998, and 'The Final Day' in 2002. Other songs from their catalog include 'Follow The Bridge' and '1389 (Heaven Or Hell).'
